Dance Studio Owners

Are you an ultimate leader? Join us Monday, August 3rd, 2015 for a special, Pre-Conference workshop at this year's Dance Teacher Web Live Conference & Expo & gain the tools & skills to achieve this important goal.

Whether you're a Studio Owner or a Dance Teacher, effective leadership skills are the all-important glue that holds your entire operation together. Many are leaders without knowing how to lead. Few know how to make the energy and skill of leading work so that people and situations follow them in a positive and successful way........We asked Robert Landau, Faculty Member, international Life Management Solutions Speaker, Consultant and Published Author to share his thoughts on this not-to-miss special event!

1. Tell us a little about this one-of-a kind pre-conference workshop being offered at this year's DTW Live Conference & Expo? This year the three of us will take a very special and productive look at what it is to be a Leader. Leadership is the glue that holds a successful studio operation together and we know from talking to so many studio personnel that many studio owners wrestle with how to be an effective Leader. We then decided to pool our years of experience together and have some amazing information and tools to share that everyone can totally benefit from when it comes to the very current topic of effective Leadership.

 2. You mention the focus is about developing "Ultimate Leadership" as a dance professional. Can you elaborate?  Studio owners as well as studio personnel all know what it is to be a Leader, they wouldn't still be operating as a business if they didn't. But we wonder how many studio personnel know how to take things to the next level when it comes to what we call "Ultimate Leadership"? Being an Ultimate Leader means knowing how to deal with difficult customers, staff issues, effective marketing and customer retention in a quick, innovative and successful way. That's our focus and the results we'll achieve together during our pre-conference experience will be amazing! As we always do when it comes to the way the three of us facilitate the pre-conference, we'll be featuring a Results Lab where we'll ask the participants to bring their Leadership issues 'to the table' during our session so, as a group, we can solve all issues with the Leadership tools we've shared. It's a very productive and empowering experience that everyone walks away from uplifted and reinvigorated.

3. What are some of the benefits & tools dance teachers & studio owners will walk away with from attending?  We'll focus on what every Dance Teacher and Studio Owner needs to make Leadership totally work for them. Imagine how it would feel to walk into the studio each day leading with ease? Imagine how it would feel to be able to handle issues quickly and effectively so that they are no longer issues? We'll share tools that will be easy to incorporate successfully into a studio's operation so that immediate results will be felt by all involved and when you think about it, isn't that the true definition of an Ultimate Leader?

SPACE IS LIMITED! Be sure to be an active part of this one-of-a-kind Lab created just for you! Our Pre-conference seminar has sold out every year. Don’t miss out! Click here & register today!
