So??? How was everyone's first full day of classes?! From the looks of things and energy that was buzzing around the hallways, I think we're off to a great start! We love to see attendees full of excitement and ready to learn and we certainly hope we delivered! This is your time and it's our goal this week to inspire and give you some new ideas and tools to bring back to your own students!

In case you missed a few things today, we're here to keep you in the conference loop!

We kicked off the morning with an amazing breakfast in the Expo sponsored by Studio Success Formula/Tutu Tix/Discount Dance Supply, followed by an inspirational opening, keynote speech by our team leaders Angela D'Valda Sirico and Steve Sirico; introduced by the incomparable Liz Imperio.

The day was packed with an eclectic array of class offerings including: Tap with Miller & Ben, Ballet with Wayne Sleep, Breakdown of Turns & Jumps with Liz Imperio, Hip Hop Made Easy with Tricia Gomez,  Afro Jazz with Simone DePaolo, Creative Movement with Jessica Epting, Tap Technique with Aaron Taylor, Partnering for all levels with Angie & Steve and many, many more! Let's not forget our informational seminar classes as well which included: Dance in the Digital Age with Clint Salter, Enrollment Energizers with Misty Lown, Your Personal Power Hour with Robert Landau and Music Editing with Jack Rayner just to name a few!

Our DTU attendees were also hard at work with their certification classes and were eager and ready to get things going today! We love that enthusiasm!

Tonight, DTW provides the entertainment for a little R&R for our attendees to unwind, decompress and enjoy a little down time before tomorrow's events kick off by taking over the Foxwoods Comedy Club! Laugh it up ya'll.... it's going to be a great time and a chance to connect with fellow teachers and studio owners from around the country and world!

We hope you had a great first full day of classes and are feeling invigorated and excited for day two! I know we are truly inspired by all of you and can't wait to connect and meet each one of you during the week!

Don't forget to add your pictures to Facebook and Instagram with the hashtag #dtwlive! We'd love to share the experience through your eyes, so let's keep making those memories!

Congratulations to all on a wonderful day!

Have fun tonight and get your rest!

See you in the dance studio at Foxwoods,

Jessie
