We here at Dance Teacher Web would like to take the opportunity to wish you a Happy, Healthy New Year. It has been an unprecedented, challenging and eventful one for everyone and we’re sure you’re just as happy as us to ring in 2021. It’s hard to believe another full year has gone by so quickly when it felt like it would never end. You have all demonstrated such perseverance, grit, determination, faith, creativity and hope and we are inspired by all of you. You have rose to each occasion, faced unsurmountable challenges, remained positive and adapted as necessary for your students and your business. While it may not feel it, you have grown exponentially with each success, obstacle and change.
This is the time of year, when we like to pause and remember we are here on this earth for what is a brief moment. Now is the time to take a big breath, slow down for a minute and enjoy all you have endure and accomplished. This is also the time of year when we can reflect on why we do what we do and how lucky we are to do it every day.
As dance teachers and studio owners we are always on the go; sometimes forgetting to allow ourselves a period of respite. It is the season of giving and doing one for others and we’d like to say thank you to all of you, who do this day in and day out all year through. Your students couldn’t do it without you. So, this season allow yourself to just STOP……for a moment and take a look at all you have achieved and provided for others and how you’ve affected all these dancers lives. You’ve not only taught dance this year, but you’ve boosted moral and provided consistency and normalcy in a time that is anything but that. So, enjoy. Take a moment to smile and feel grateful for all that is upon you and for all you have accomplished. Life will always ebb and flow but is precious and short and seems to go by quicker and quicker with every year. Allow this season to be one you truly appreciate and enjoy with your family and loved ones.
May the New Year bring you even more health, success, happiness and abundance and may your students thrive and achieve all the goals you and your faculty set out for them. We will be thinking of you and are here to celebrate the momentous occasions 2021 has in store for you.
